Return and Exchange Policy:
1. Return and Exchange within 48 hours:
- Customers can return or exchange any unused and unopened product within 48 hours of the date of purchase. The original purchase invoice must be presented as proof.
2. Fresh and Chilled Products:
- Fresh products (such as fruits and vegetables), chilled and frozen products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or spoiled upon purchase, in which case they must be returned within 24 hours of the date of purchase.
3. Canned and Packaged Products:
- Canned or packaged products can be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and in their original condition within 48 hours of the date of purchase, with the invoice presented.
4. Offers and Discounts:
- Products purchased during special offers or discounts cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
5. Refund:
- The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer when purchasing. If paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash. If paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card.
6. Exchange:
- The customer can exchange the product for another product of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference if there is a difference in price)
7. Procedures:
